Our rates are dynamic. By clicking on BOOK NOW you can view the estimate of the total amount of your accomodation and finalize the reservation for the period and the house you have chosen. As an alternative, fill in the enquiry form to get more information: you will have a prompt answer.
We guarantee to our guests the best available price! Should you find a lower rate on other search sites we will match it.
We remind you that in August minimum weekly stays are welcome (Saturdays to Saturdays).

ANTI-COVID SECURITY

La Francesca, for its characteristics and large spaces, is the ideal place to ensure privacy and distancing between guests. We are equipped to protect everyone's safety and health - employees, suppliers, guests – with due observance of the rules and the maximum hygiene. Compulsory CHECK-IN online, by filling in the form sent by email. Guaranteed distancing in the common areas: in the park, by the sea, by the pool, at the bar/market; the restaurant service can be replaced by the takeaway.

  • bath and bed linen (changed weekly)
  • furniture and furnishings corresponding to the type of house
  • swimming pools and sport facilities (tennis not included), play-ground, beach, solarium

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

    IN CASE OF CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE (COVID RESTRICTIONS) THE AMOUNTS ALREADY PAID WILL BE CONVERTED INTO A VOUCHER TO BE USED BY 2023.

    The safety of our guests is essential for us; we are equipped to protect everyone's health: employees, suppliers, guests - ensuring maximum hygiene and distance among people.

    We want to welcome you in all serenity and security.

    CHECK-IN: compulsory online, by filling in the form sent by email. 

    RECEPTION ext. 101: at your disposal during opening hours; to avoid gatherings, enter (with face mask) one at a time and only in case of need: contact us by the entrance phone or by mail.

     YOUR HOME: on arrival you will find in the basket outside the reception an envelope in your name, a map showing you how to reach your home, the keys to enter it and those to open the access bar, the anti Covid rules, the receipt of your payment.

    The cleaning staff, aware of the safety rules, after having aired the house, before your arrival has cleaned it with gloves and mask and appropriate products.

    AT THE BAR ext. 106: we invite you to respect signalling and distancing. Sanitize your hands at the entrance. You can also book breakfast and any purchases at the market by phone.

     AT THE PLAYGROUND: respect distancing and allowed number. 

    AT THE RESTAURANT ext. 107: choose a convenient take-away on reservation (tel. 101).

    ON THE BEACH: sunbeds and deckchairs (at regular distances) are sanitized daily. It is forbidden to leave personal items or towels on the beds. At disposal of the guests nebulizer with sodium chloride for the cleaning of beds / deckchairs between one change and another. Help us to comply with the rules after reading them.

    IN THE POOL ext. 140: before opening and after closing we sanitize the common areas; shower is mandatory; dispensers with soap and antiseptic are available at the entrance. Access may be limited. Please follow the suggestions of the pool attendant. Also keep the distance of at least 2 meters in the water. On request: thermometer to check the temperature, masks, disposable gloves. Every day we measure the temperature of our employees: we do it to protect everyone's health and work.

    CHECK-OUT: before leaving the house, open the windows, leave the keys in the reception basket and call 101 to inform the staff of your departure.

    OUR RULES

    Our rules are accepted by the guest at the time of payment of the deposit and confirmation. The house cannot be occupied by a number of people exceeding the one indicated. The assignment of a specific house cannot be guaranteed, but we shall do our best to satisfy your demand. Special requests (when possible) € 50.00 per booking.


    BOOKINGS

    STANDARD RATE

    • CONFIRMATON: deposit 30% of the value of the booking, balance on arrival.
    • CANCELLATION POLICY: from the booking confirmation until 30 days before arrival, in case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded. For a cancellation made 0-29 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. As from arrival day, in case of stay reduction or amendment no refund is due.

    RATE NOT REFUNDABLE

    • CONFIRMATION: full prepayment of the booking value.
    • CANCELLATION: from booking confirmation, in case of cancellation, amendments or no-show no refund is due.

    Please give a look to our rules before finalizing the payment.

    Late arrivals or early departures will not give right to refunds or reductions on the agreed price.

    FAQ

    HOW DISTANT ARE THE COTTAGES FROM THE SEA?

    From 300 to 800 m.: it depends on the house location. Sea front of 1 km.

    IS THERE A PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE SEA?

    Yes, there is a gravel beach in a small bay among the rocks, only for guests. A solarium with sun-beds, 2 bathing huts and a seawater children's pool are available on the belvedere.

    ARE THE COTTAGES SURROUNDED BY GREEN?

    The Resort is immersed in a 15 hectares park: almost 100 sq.m. for each guest!

    IS PARKING AREA CLOSE TO THE COTTAGES?

    Yes, it is. After leaving luggage in your house, car must be parked in the area indicated.

    WHAT ARE COTTAGES LIKE?

    They are in solid brickwork, simply furnished, with telephone and central heating. All have a terrace overlooking the sea.

    ARE THEY EQUIPPED WITH KITCHENETTE?

    Yes, they are. The kitchenette is composed of stainless steel cooking top with three burners, sink, fridge, floor and wall units, cooking utensils and crockery. There is no oven.

    BATH AND BED-LINEN IS AVAILABLE?

    Yes, they are. Free and changed weekly.

    WHAT KIND OF FACILITIES DO YOU OFFER?

    Reception, bar, restaurant, minimarket, laundry. Opening hours depend on the season. Open-air sports, such as tennis, bowling, volley-ball, training can be performed in all seasons. Swimming-pools are open from June to September.

    IS THE RESORT FIT FOR CHILDREN?

    Yes, we take special care of the smallest guests: large play area, naturalistic route, children menu, children beds.

    HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST TOWN?

    The Resort is 3 kms from Bonassola and 4 from Levanto. Both can be reached by car or on foot along the old pathways.

    ARE PETS ADMITTED?

    Yes, small dogs and cats. A few rules are to be observed. Not admitted to restaurant, beach, swimming-pools and play-area.
