In a luxuriant park (15 hectares) on the sea of ​​the Cinque Terre: choose your home, it will be at your disposal for a total of 25 nights (including Christmas and New Year).

You can book at the last moment with a simple notice, leave personal effects, clothing, food; and arrive - perhaps by train - without luggage.

You will find the house warm and welcoming.

So you can plan your weekends from Autumn to Spring (alternatively a longer period with the children at Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, Carnival).

Minimum stay of two nights (check-in from 10am, check-out by 4pm).

Rates:

- apartment type A € 1600.00 (each additional day € 65.00)

- house type B € 2,150.00 (each additional day € 85.00)

- house type C € 2,700.00 (each additional day € 105.00)

The rates includes: water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels, heating at scheduled times (from November 1st to April 15th), access to the beach, parking for one car.

Extras: linen change € 5.00 per person; additional cleaning € 25.00 / 35.00; extra heating € 3,00 per hour
